Was Your Home Built Before 1978?
The EPA
recently established lead-based paint guidelines for buildings constructed prior
to 1978. The guidelines cover any work that disturbs the paint (even if it has been
painted over). Timber HABITAT has EPA certified staff who can work on your pre-1978 home. For more information

With just one simple call or email, we can respond quickly, charge by the hour at preset rates, and bill you after the work is performed. Issues we can address include minor plumbing (leaks, clogs, fixture changes) and minor electrical (fixture changes, outlet changes). We can also do quick door lock changes, wall patches, fix roofing leaks, quick aesthetic improvements (paint, flooring, counters), replace broken doors or windows, ADA upgrades (grab bars, high rise toilets, ramps, etc.), and a myriad of other service call work.
If you qualify as low income, and live in one of the municipalities we have contracts with, we can put you in touch with resources to possibly assist with all, or part, of the cost of health and safety repairs.
